A luxurious oil that has a gentle, warming effect on the skin, thanks to the high amount of organic thistle oil in the blend. Thermic Body Oil is high in omega 6 and omega 3 essential fatty acids. These are known to visibly improve skin texture while reinforcing it against future damage. Use on your body daily after showering to lock in moisture or for an all-over body massage.
To Use: After showering, take a small amount (the size of an almond) and massage into décolletage, neck and chest/breasts (check for lumps/changes while you are there!). Take another almond-sized amount for each arm and massage in long, luxurious strokes from the shoulders down to the fingertips. Continue this process for the torso, lower back, legs, etc. until you have completed the entire body. Note, if you feel you don’t have time to do you entire body every day, do one section each day until the entire routine is completed.
