To Use for Baby Massage: Take an amount around the size of a pumpkin seed in one hand, then rub both hands together to warm the oil. Start massage on the legs. To Use for Cradle Cap: Take an amount around the size of an almond and massage into baby’s clean, dry scalp. Leave on overnight, or during the day for a minimum of 20 minutes before using a soft bristle brush or dedicated soft bristle toothbrush, to remove.
